Hi, I'm Nicki — the hands and heart behind Ten Mile Threads.

I've always been a crafty person. For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to creating things with my hands, whether it's sewing, embroidery, or whatever new project catches my eye. Crafting isn't just a hobby for me — it's how I express care for the people around me.

Ten Mile Threads was born out of a collaboration with a dear friend who owns a dress shop. Together, we thought it would be beautiful to offer embroidered sashes to complement her gowns — and from that spark, a business was born.

What drives me every day is the idea of turning celebrations into keepsakes. Whether it's a wedding, a prom, a baby shower, or any special moment in between, I love creating something personal and meaningful that someone will treasure long after the celebration is over.
