At Ten Mile Threads, each piece is lovingly handcrafted and made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tenmilethreadsmi@gmail.com with a photo of the item and we will make it right.
