  2. We'll work out the details — item, personalization, font, thread color, and pricing. Every custom order is unique so pricing will vary.
  3. We send you an invoice — once we agree on the details, we'll send you a secure payment link via email.
  4. You pay and we create! — once payment is received, we get to work on your one-of-a-kind piece.
